The Blue Raven Customer Operations Coordinator is part of a talented call center customer service team that ensures our sales turn into installed solar panels.
 
However, this is not your typical call center! Our Customer Operations Coordinator needs to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, installers and co-workers, but unlike other call centers this isn’t just about taking phone calls. We balance an environment of not only taking calls, but working on account workflows off the phone. Candidates must solve problems with minimal direction and see solutions through to completion. This is a varied role with strong potential for growth.
 
Responsibilities of the Customer Operations Coordinator:
Candidates must have a high attention to detail and be resilient when faced with challenges in order to:
• Ensure accurate completion of a specific stage in customers’ accounts
• Problem solve individual solar projects
• Execute a series of daily audits – review accounts within specific stages to ensure accuracy and discover any needed resolutions
• Follow up with customers and sales reps as needed
• Contribute to process improvement; work to achieve performance metrics as directed by management
 
Qualifications of the Customer Operations Coordinator:
