Description:

 

The Blue Raven Customer Operations Coordinator is part of a talented team that ensures customers are supported in going solar by communicating with customers, sales representatives, installers, and co-workers throughout a customer’s project. Candidates must have effective communication skills both verbal and written, solve complex problems with multiple interrelated parts with minimal direction, and see solutions through to completion. This role includes executing a series of tasks that require personal judgment and an understanding of the company’s overall process. This is a critical role that includes strong potential for growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Cultivate an understanding of the overall customer process in order to:

 

  • Understand and solve complex problems in solar projects
  • Work with customers to ensure account progression
  • Respond promptly to customer messages and internal tasks
  • Address customer questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service
  • Contribute to process improvement; work to achieve performance metrics, as directed by management
