Blue Raven is currently looking for motivated, passionate and proactive sales managers to build teams. Sales Manager must have previous sales experience, preferably in the direct sales industry. The manager must have a strong ability to recruit and manage sales representatives. The successful manager will also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the sales and operations teams at Blue Raven.
Manage one or multiple teams of sales representatives
Recruit sales teams and individuals
Manage incentives, training and support for your reps
Work with operations team to fulfill Blue Raven sales requirements
