EP oversees the design portion of the solar process. The Proposals Team that she works with is responsible for creating the initial layout of the panels, estimating the production, utility offset and cost of the system. After the customer selects the option they’d like to move forward with, the Design Team that she manages will utilize specific information about the individual house to create the final details of the system then determine the electrical required to complete the system. After all these documents are completed, the customer is ready to get the panels installed on their roof!
Why Blue Raven Solar?
BRS values really speak to me. During the interview process, I tried to decipher if the values were integral to the operation or simply lip service. I found that the commitment to our values is evident from the top down. Our senior leaders are intelligent, communicative and trustworthy; it shines through in the way they live the values and encourage others to do the same. I’ve never worked somewhere free of anger, but BRS comes pretty close. It’s fascinating to me that we can solve complex problems and disagree constructively without ruffling feathers and creating internal division. That environment is something I never want to run away from.

The most forgotten portion of the interview process is determining if the company you’re interviewing with is a good FIT for you as an individual, the goals you seek to achieve and the resources you need for development. Know yourself before you invest too much time in a place. Then, search for an honest company, leaders with integrity, and a structure that supports who you are and what you want.
