This includes a ten-year professional installation warranty that covers the design, installation, waterproof roof penetrations, and the error-free operation of your system. Additionally, we provide a 25-year equipment warranty. If you experience a manufacturer defect within the first two years, we will manage the repair or replacement claim for you. After the two-year mark, we will assist you with any manufacturer’s claims that may arise, but you will be responsible for the processing costs associated with those claims.

We work with your city and county for quick solar permitting turnarounds. We will also make sure your home is prepared to pass required inspections and ready to quickly connect with local utilities. 

Depending on your city, it can take between 6-12 weeks to get panels installed on your roof, followed by about 3-5 weeks to get interconnected with your utilities to enjoy the benefits of net metering. The longest step is getting approved permits from your city. Rest assured we work with your city or county to expedite the permitting process so you can enjoy the benefits of going solar as soon as possible.

Before we begin installing your solar panels, our solar expert will set up an initial meeting at your home, checking if you are a good candidate for solar energy. They will check the electrical status of your home and the condition of your roof. At this time your roof type, angle, shade, and energy usage will be assessed to ensure a smooth solar panel installation. 

After we verify you are a good candidate for rooftop solar, our design team will work with you to create a maximum efficiency plan. We will answer any questions you may have about the solar panel installation process, solar tax credits, or our financing options, including BluePower Plus+. Once you decide which financing option is best for you, we will create and sign the installation agreement. From there, we will take care of all necessary solar permits. 

Once permitting is completed, your custom solar installation can be scheduled and completed. On installation day, we prepare the roof, set up the wiring, place and reinforce the racking, and finally, connect the photovoltaic (PV) panels. The crew will walk you through the installation and any additional details you may need to know. Afterwards, your system will go through two more inspections (by a city inspector and your utility company). Once your solar panel system and home pass inspections your rooftop system is ready to be energized and start generating clean, renewable energy!
