Surveys given to employees during recent months concluded the winners of the Comparably Awards: Best Companies for Career Growth, and Blue Raven Solar is so proud to have ranked in 26^th place out of 600 companies, alongside other great teams from HubSpot, Peloton, and CVS Health.

Blue Raven Solar employees rated our Professional Development at 85%, which is 12% higher than the national average, and in the top 5% of all companies rated on Comparably.
