I know this review is a little late, sorry. First off, our experience with your sales staff was excellent. Alan Reznikov is very professional. He... was not pushy or aggressive, he simply asked us what questions we had, and proceeded to answer them. He listened to us rather than just pushing his presentation. He explained the entire process, took extra time to listen, and called back a few times to make sure everything was going as planned. The installation process, in general went well. I would have given 5 stars, except for one of the installers had a bit of an anger problem, which involved cussing and throwing equipment and tools. That said, none of that affected the outcome and/or quality of the installation. Following the installation, we had a leak in our roof. Turns out the installers broke a roof tile so rain water entered the house. I called Blue Raven immediately, and they came out the next day and got it fixed and caulked, with no issues or arguments. Overall, our experience has been very good. I highly recommend Blue Raven Solar.Update - I updated my review to 5 stars. It's been a few years now, and our roof has developed a couple of small leaks. I called Blue Raven's repair folks they were very professional and responsive. They came out to inspect both the inside and outside of the roof. They were quick to find where the leaks were occurring, removed the panels, and caulked the areas. They were also very quick to tell me that it's all covered under the warrantee, and they called back twice to make sure it was all fixed. Great service. I highly recommend Blue Raven Solar.read more
