Terms and Conditions
Overview: These Terms and Conditions govern the Blue Raven Solar’s Raffle (“Raffle“) intended to encourage our valued customers to leave online reviews of their experiences with our products services. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Entry: To enter the Raffle, participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have access to the internet and an email account.
- Be a customer of Blue Raven Solar
- Leave a genuine review of Blue Raven Solar’s product/service online at Google, Solar Reviews, Energy Sage, Better Business Bureau, Best Company or ConsumerAffairs during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible review counts as one raffle ticket entry. Blue Raven Solar employees and others working for the company, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Prize Description: The prize is a $1000 Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Blue Raven Solar’s discretion. The prize is given with no written, express, or implied warranty.
Promotion Period: The Raffle is ongoing and will continue until terminated by Blue Raven Solar at its sole discretion (the “Promotion Period”), with prizes chosen at the end of six months for the duration of the Promotion Period. Reviews submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
Geographic Coverage: This Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States.
Tickets Issued: Each participant is eligible for one raffle ticket per review, with no limit on the number of entries per person as long as each review covers review platform and/or a separate transaction or experience.
Announcement and Delivery: The draw will take place within one week following the end of the six-month period during the Promotion Period. Winners will be selected randomly and notified via email within five business days following the draw.
Deadline for Obtaining Prizes: Winners must accept the prize by replying to the email within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, the prize may be forfeited and reassigned.
Miscellaneous:
- Blue Raven Solar reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if any problem prevents the Raffle from being conducted as planned.
- We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or ineligible entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur or by the participant failing to adequately identify themselves when leaving a review.
- By entering this Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Privacy: Participants’ information will be used in accordance with Blue Raven Solar’s Privacy Policy, mainly for the purpose of administering the Raffle, announcing winners, and the delivery of prizes.
