Very good in the presentation and the covering of all that may and will occur with the product, including the possibility of needing some roof... repair.Excellent in the installation with Jeremy here in Treasure Valley, everything was done professionally with constant communication as needed, and the cleanup when completed.The one area that does need attention is the initial inspection that missed that the south facing roof area needing to be replaced. This was found by the installation crew, which stopped the work and required the hiring of a company to replace the affected area. This was pointed out as a possibility during the presentation, and had it been found during the inspection, there would not a been any problem, but no one likes surprises.The project is now completed and we are happy with the result, I just hope the parent company based in Utah will pay attention to this matter.Update 9/3/2024Sadly, since the great state of Idaho passed the rate change proposed by Idaho power, even with the panels installed we experienced more than a doubling of our electric bill from them while still making payments on the panels.I cannot now recommend solar energy panel installation, no fault of Blue Raven, but now it isn't worth the expense.read more
